Refund and Returns Policy
We do not offer returns for:
- Change of mind
- Finding the product cheaper somewhere else
- Deciding you didn’t like the product or had no use for it
- The problem with the product was caused by misuse by the customer
We do offer returns for Faulty items
We quality check all items before we ship them to you. If your item is faulty, please contact us immediately to start the return process and to receive the return label.
Once we receive your returned item we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
Refunds will be provided in the same form as the original payment, unless agreed otherwise.
You will receive the return payment amount within a certain amount of days, depending on your payment provider’s policies.
